The staff was very welcoming, suprising us with a birthday cake with even my partners name on it. They were very kind and attentive, showing us around whenever needed and going above and beyond.

Not all staff were speaking english as fluently, which was no problem in communication but we would have loved to be able to speak more as they were so kind.

Ubicación, instalaciones, las camas son muy cómodas y se duerme muy bien. Espléndido desayuno y cena. Aclarar con anticipación el tema de horarios para desayuno y cenas es imprescindible.

Me encantó el riad en sí, su encanto, su limpieza... me gustó muchísimo disponer de la comodidad de la azotea/terraza en todo momento y disfrutar del cielo, las estrellas, el sol, con la calma y la tranquilidad que tiene estar dentro del riad, en contraste con el bullicio de la medina...

Por ser muy tiquismiquis, la puerta del baño es preciosa, pero resulta incómoda al manejarse en la rutina diaria de ducha, afeitado, toallas, maquillaje (mi madre), pelo, etc...

The location is quite difficult to get to from the point where it appears on Google Maps. But for 5 euros any local will pick you up and take you there. Google Maps doesn't help! It's directly in the street market. I felt safer than in Egypt.

Moroccans are generally friendly people, but they always try to make money off of you. Which is to be expected after all.
