Great location also helpful and friendly staff small cheap caravan for a weekend getaway with friends or family

Was slightly run down could do with some TLC in some areas but all in all good caravan to stay in.

Clean and comfortable, close to St Leonards. (15 mins walk or short bus ride).

No one to greet us (as expected). The cleaner clearly had not been since the last guests eg kitchen bin full, no sweeping up, litter on floor. The beds were not made and there were no sheets, duvet covers or pillowcases for us to use. They refused to answer my call or reply to my text.

Comfy bed

I contacted the owner to report safety issues. This was via booking.com messenger and directly on a number in the guest book. I returned home yesterday and to date have not recieved any response. The safety issues were - torn rug on veranda which was a serious trip hazard. - smoke detector not working - loose table top ( only screwed down on one side) - broken safety catch on main door - safety window sashes not attached to anything.
