Tout est bien passé

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Appartement spacieux et grand volumes. Très propre, draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis, ménage compris. Transport en commun juste en bas de l'immeuble pour se rendre dans le centre, grand balcon. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue. Des bouteilles d'eau, une petite bouteille de vin, des dosettes à café, du thé, du papier toilette mis à disposition.

Un des lits double est très inconfortable, on sent les ressorts. Comme nous avons séjourné pendant la canicule on dormait les fenêtres ouvertes et l'environnement est bruyant.

J’ai tout aimé ! Je peux suggérer deux petits détails : laisser un peu d’huile et de sel pour faciliter le premier repas ainsi que de la documentation sur les transports pour se rendre dans le centre serait très pratique. Mais ce ne sont que des suggestions car tout était excellent. Attention, l’ascenseur a été souvent indisponible.

What an intriguing apartment. Stylish and old-fashioned in a good way. Definitely worth trying when looking for a stay in Torino. Just a few minutes by tram from the historical part of the city and Torino Porta Nuova. Easily accessible, effortless self check-in. When it comes to space, more than enough for just 2 people. Fully functional kitchen, huge living room, and gorgeous bedroom. Pretty reasonable for the price. We found the host very helpful, patient, and kind. Hope we will have an occasion to come back.

The only tiny con is a lack of AC, but reading carefully the apartment's description in advance, we were ready to deal with it.

The apartment is as it is described – Elegant. (I tried to buy some of his paintings as they are very nice). It is located in a very nice neighborhood with a tram stop directly in front of the main entrance to the apartment building. It is a 2-bedroom apartment with a large bathroom. The water pressure and temperature of the water was great. The apartment has a balcony in the front (but no chairs) that looks out onto the street. The windows have rolladens to aid in minimizing street noise and blocking the hot sun. The kitchen is smallish but adequate except for a lack of any sharp knives (only found butter knives). The stove looks brand new (we didn’t use it). We didn’t try to cook anything, so I don’t know about the pots and pans situation. The bed in the main bedroom was too uncomfortable to sleep on - though that bed had high quality sheets. We had to move to the second bedroom to sleep. Also, while it is a beautiful apartment the sofa and armchairs in the living room were too sunk in and non-supportive to use. The Wi-Fi was good. The owner was very responsive to all our texts. He was very welcoming with some bottled water and other items. It was greatly appreciated. Driving in a large city can be a problem with regard to parking when it is not assigned or guaranteed. In this case there were multiple open spots on the road right in front of the apartment building. (Cost 1.20€/hr from 8 – 1730 Mon- Saturday, holidays and Sunday free). In general, parking did not seem to be a problem in that area. I would definitely stay here again.

Main bed, couch and arm chairs are past their prime

Everything is great, huge living room and nice bedrooms.

No knife could be found in the kitchen, we just wanted to cut some fruit. Understandable though.
