Lovely Apartment in the City Centre

Fabio et Vittorio on étaient géniaux merci a eux, le séjour était magnifique!

Sono spiacente ma le foto non rendono l' appartamento com' è, il proprietario non l' abbiamo conosciuto ma solo per messaggi ma è stato disponibile mentre per l'appartamento è stato difficile starci, non trasmetteva pulizia, per arrivare al terzo piano le scale sono strette e ripide con degli scalini rotti e se uno ha problemi a salire non può andarci e andrebbe fatto ben presente, in bagno la doccia piccola che non ti puoi muovere, le camere e la cucina giuste di misura peccato che ci sono le finestre in alto alle porte per cui c'è sempre luce, non si dorme con il buio e per non parlare dei vicini e delle persone in strada molto rumorosi. Peccato non abbiamo avuto un' esperienza positiva

Great apartment for two couples, clean, comfortable, well equiped. 10 min walk to city center zone or live market nearby.

3rd floor with narrow stairs is not so good to bring up 4 suitcases, but that's only on arrival and a little easier on departure.

Great location if you want to feel the atmosphere of the city. There is a paid parking lot about 10 minutes' walk from the building. The host Fabio was really kind and available at all times.

• We searched for the apartment that would give us the feeling of the citizen-like live style: the corridor of the building itself seems to be a little bit dingy, yes, but feels like it has its own history. Probably it is how most of the normal buildings in Palermo that people live looks like. • The apartment itself is cozy, we didn’t hear the neighbours (sometimes only the kids that were playing late in the night), everything was fresh and clean. In the rooms we felt privacy. • Our host Fabio was very friendly, hospitable and helpful with any questions we asked! The communication was very efficient. • Most of the historical places were very close. Good localization to have a walk even to more distant locations. • Free car parking on the main street. Very close paid underground one.

Apartment is placed on the third floor: I won’t say it was a problem for me and my partner (this info is indicated in the description) but my dad was struggling when going up (tendons in the leg) when usually it’s not the case for him. I can only say that a floor level is not necessarily equal to the same level among the countries. It’s a reminder to take it into consideration for people with health problems.

Convenient location, cozy rooms, we were with children, everything was very convenient.

The boiler is very noisy when the water is turned on. Last night, someone was doing repairs and it was very noisy, it's strange that the repairs were done at night.
