Location was great, close to the airport but with no noise. Great view of Negombo lake

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is wonderful, just beside the lake. We stayed for only for the night before heading to Sigiriya early morning. they let us check-in after midnight as our flight eached on 2.00 AM. The staffs are cordial and helpful. We had a nive chat with the owner during breakfast.

The room had a standing fan instead of ceiling fan (but I think it's very common in Srilanka). The breakfast is bare minimum but okay with this price.

Lovely people, I felt at home from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed breakfast in the garden. Good conversation and interesting wildlife to see!

Good place for a good price, great hosts, clean, breakfast, hot water - everything you need after the airport and further travel into the island.

Felt like home! The Family is SUPER kind, makes sure you get everything you need and helped us with whatever we needed. There was a powercut which affected the whole island during our stay and they checked up on us and made sure we got a torch and everything. Lovely! Breakfast is made with love and you get to watch amazing sunsets at the lake…we could not complain about a thing!

The people are so friendly, the location next to the lake is beautyfull and so is the house/hotel. We have picked this hotel because it is a short walk from tuktukrentals.com so we could do the driving lesson and start our journey.
