Room size and cleanliness, hot water, view, location

AC is a bit old, made noises at certain swing angle. TV is a bit old also, not smart TV though can run Netflix but bad connection. No local TV station, can't watch world cup:(

The access to the toll road.

The room wall is too thin and not soundproof; I can hear the neighbor's room cough. There were only two lifts to access the room; one was broken. There is a church in this building, and on Sunday, people come; they are fulling parking slots and using the only lift available to access the hotel room; I waited almost an hour to get into the hotel room (on the 8th floor) because the lift is full, awful.

Waktu saya menginap pelayanannya begitu buruk....saat saya menginap dan waktu saya lagi istirahat tiba2 pintu kamar saya dibuka oleh tamu lain...karena pihak hotel salah memberikan kunci kamar ke tamu yang baru cek in

部屋は暗いです。

밖의 소음이 잘 차단 됨. 화장실에서 불쾌한 냄새가 났음. 아침 식사가 거의 매일 똑 같아서 지루 했고 기본족인 달걀 후라이등이 없어서 불만

The location is ideal and very strategic. For those who like convenience this hotel is highly recommended.

wi fi doesn't work in room 502 buffet breakfast very limited,,even no pastry.Had to wait 45 minutes for soft boiled eggs order. Manager unreachable for 2 days when trying to lodge complaints with him. No comments from any of remaining staff with regards to our grouses
