The facilities are maintained well. The room is so clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The average hotel was situated in the middle of the village hinatuan, a very peaceful safe village . At the moment there was a fiesta so we really liked the streetfood and the market Wifi was good

When we arrived, they didnt provide us the room we booked. Instead they wanted to put us in a very tiny improvised room where they quickly put a matras on the floor for our son… when i confronted them with the booked large familyroom they felt uncomfortable and it appears they gave our room (booked 4 months before arrival) to other people. At last they gave us a temporary other big room for one night. Since we were only there for 4 day it felt uncomfortable because we couldnt unpack our lugguage the first day. Next day we could go to our booked room and that room was comfortable with a large double bed and 2 extra beds ….. They also didnt provide the promised free drinkable water every day

It’s closer to where the Enchanted River is.

I forgot my apple watch charger and my husband left his apple watch in the room. I contacted the staff through booking.com but there’s no reply from them. Even there phone # in the website was lacking. I asked politely if they can send it to where I am and will just add money for the shipping fee but to no avail.

Fair for the price, and the location is not that far from Enchanted River.

Wifi is not good at all. TV signal is weak as well.

it's very clean and location is good

The staff is always missing and maybe if they could provide some kettle in the family room to boil water for coffee

Price was great and very clean, enjoyed it staying with whole family and there's place with burgers across the street and other food places.
