It is a modern apartment with comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen.

All the misinformation and confusion about the apartment were very frustrating for us. The listing in Booking implies very directly that one is renting a 2-bedroom apartment. Here is the description on Booking’s site: “Description Spacious Accommodations: La Titina Italia in Bari offers a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground-floor unit features tiled floors and a private entrance.” We expected 2 bedrooms from that. However, we got one with just one bed. We are senior women friends who sleep in separate beds when traveling. At least the host came and set up a second bed in our room, but her attitude was not nice about it. Also a couple were in the other bedroom right next door and checked in at midnight so our sleep was affected. My friend was leaving for the airport at 6:30 and needed some rest before a very long flight. Also there was a lot of noise from the floor above us starting around 10 PM. Even good earplugs did not help. There was some loud mechanical noise at first, like someone sanding the floors above us; then loud music with a heavy drum beat started. As if we weren’t already frustrated enough. I would never stay there again.

Modern design. Very clean. Very good kitchen. I specially like the bathroom as the bath tube and overhead shower has very powerful water supply. Very value for money.

If storage of luggage is available after check out,it would be perfect.

Struttura molto accogliente,pulita , letto comodo e in cucina disponibile caffè e tisane con cornetti per la colazione o merenda. Zona tranquilla ,il centro è raggiungibile a piedi a circa 20 min di passeggiata

El alojamiento es limpio y tiene todos los servicios. Agradable y sencilla la decoración. Algo separado del centro pero cercano a la estación. Ideal si quieres vivir la vida de un barrio "normal". La persona al cargo es amable y eficiente.

Quizá estaría bien que pudieras dejar el equipaje antes de las 2, aunque no ocuparas la habitación.

Prenotato il giorno stesso del soggiorno a causa di un problema con un'altra prenotazione,la signora Cristina è stata molto gentile,la camera nonostante il poco preavviso era pronta subito e le informazioni per il check in sono state fornite in modo rapido e chiaro! Camera pulita e silenziosa,bagno privato ottimo,cucina in comune idem,molto pulita e fornita di tutto l'occorrente (microonde,frigo,bollitore,macchina per il caffè). Centro di Bari raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 2km, 10 minuti scarsi dalla stazione

The room is small but nice and clean. The bathroom looks good.

Good for short stays, but not ideal for longer visits. We stayed 4 nights and towels were never changed, which is quite unusual. There are also no cleaning tools available (no broom, mop, etc.), so you cannot clean the room yourself. The host didn’t come to check our ID cards and instead asked us to send our personal information via social media (Whatsapp), saying there was no time to come in person. However, later there was time to come on-site when we used the dryer, which felt inconsistent. There is a washing machine and dryer, but they are “for service only” and in practice never available, as laundry is often left inside for long periods. When we used them after they appeared unused for 2 days, someone came and stopped the dryer mid-cycle without any notice. When we tried to explain, the tone and attitude were not appropriate, felt confrontational—especially considering it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we were just trying to wash a few essential items. Additionally, the walls are very thin, so you can hear noise from outside and from the other room. Around the block there are some workers that start early (around 7 AM), which can be disturbing. Luckly, it was Easter and only on the last day they strated to work, but you can hear every single sound on the street. On our second day, the cleaning lady was also talking on the phone loudly while cleaning, which further affected the comfort. Overall, these issues impacted our overall experience.
