ベッドマットの硬さがちょうど良く、ぐっすり眠れた。

荷物を預ける際、2次元コードの読み取りができなかった→そのため、番号札で対応してくれることになったが、ホテルのパソコンがうまく作動せず、頼んでから5分以上かかってしまった。急いでいたので焦った。

APA hotel è una garanzia. Questo è stato il mio secondo soggiorno in una delle loro strutture e ho potuto notare come bene o male l'arredo, i servizi ed il prezzo siano sempre in linea con le aspettative. è un po il McDonald degli hotel, non importa in quale parte del giappone sei, se vai in un APA sai cosa aspettarti. In particolare questo di Sapporo mi ha soddisfatto sia per la posizione vicina alla stazione e al parco Odori (comodo durante il festival della neve) sia per essere di fronte ad un 7-11 per cui chiunque sia abituato a cenare con una bella porzione di noodle istantanei o di carbonara surgelata può ottenere tutto in poco tempo. Staff come sempre gentile e disponibile.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è come l'ascensore si fermi sempre al piano della reception prima di arrivare a quello delle stanze. Le persone un pò più riservate come me potrebbero preferire qualcosa di più diretto ma comunque una cosa molto minimale.

The hotel is in a good location close to Sapporo station and within walking distance of popular tourists sites.

I've stayed at a few APA hotels in Japan and you kind of know what to expect - small rooms but at a decent price and usually clean. However, this APA was the most expensive I've stayed at and the room was really small. There was no room to put luggage anywhere. The room also wasn't clean. There was a big hair on the pillow, and the carpet really needed vacuuming. The space between the bed and the wall was filthy. The bathroom also had mould. The walls were also thin so I could hear what next door was doing. Breakfast was cramped and dirty, with no cleaning of tables between guests. The food lay out for ages and got cold pretty quickly. All the tables were for 4 to 6 people, but most people there were solo or couples, so lots of wasted space. Breakfast staff were nowhere to be found, unfriendly when they did come out, and seemed to be hiding in the kitchen when food needed replaced and tables needed cleaned. The tables still had grease on them from dinner the night before, and every chair was stained and dirty. An annoying time waste at this hotel is the elevators stopping at reception on floor 6 regardless if anyone is going to floor 6 or waiting there to get on.

可能是日本人的習慣，早餐沒稀飯。可惜。
