Vikendica Fruškogorski kutak - Fruška Gora

Very good location: just a short distance from the entrance to Fruška Gora national park, so you can even visit on foot. 15 minutes away from the house there’s a farm with donkeys and a lovely little church in the middle of the woods (Kapela Svete Petke). Even the views from the property are amazing, plus it’s far enough from cities that you get an amazing view of the stars on clear nights. There’s a cozy garden with lots of leisure facilities – gazebo, pool, trampoline, etc. The entire property is very lovingly decorated! We like to cook for ourselves on trips, so we were really happy about the well-equipped kitchen: it has all the different implements you could need, baking forms, etc, massive amounts of plates, mugs, and so on. The hosts brought us some delicious ćevapi and were generally very responsive during the whole stay, accommodating our late arrival and early check-out, and helping out with other issues/questions we had. We arrived in late November when there was snow, so it would get cold at night, but there is a space heater, two AC s and lots of blankets in the house – it was actually quite warm throughout the day. On the terrace is a well-made, large wood/coal BBQ set-up that really came in handy – it gets hot enough to cook and hang out near it even when it’s 1-2 Celsius outside.

The Wi-Fi was quite weak - it’s sufficient for 1-2 people, but can start to fail when there’s too many people using it at once (though this was understandable given the location). However, there is good mobile internet coverage in the area. The kitchen hood vent doesn’t work, but the kitchen window works well enough to keep smells out.
