Perfekt läge och ett unikt boende. Fantastisk uteplats precis vid vattnet. Bra utrustat kök. Vi är väldigt nöjda !

Wifi:n var tyvärr inte så bra och kuddar lite hårda.

The house is in a unique location and it was easy to get everywhere from this location.

Beware there are a lot of internal steps but this is due to the house’s unique character.

Very quaint quirky property. Within walking distance to centre of Bath. Very prompt communication with owner, he went the extra mile

Had some plumbing issues, walk to train station was further than I expected, luckily had small luggage on wheels. Nespresso machine would have been nice

Location, the house itself is gorgeous

The cleanliness; my bedroom with the long en-suite had loads of baby spiders in it under the window blind; I had to sleep on the sofa it was that many

We loved spending time in the outside area. It was lovely and shady on hot days. Kitchen was well equipped with the bonus of a dishwasher. 15 minute walk into the centre of Bath and supermarket close by. Ideal location.

Wifi was not great, which made streaming tricky.

Location was perfect and the decking (even though hadn't been swept in a while) was great for an evening drink

Could have been cleaner. The surfaces were clean, but anything above head height hadnt been touched. The decking hadnt been swept Could do with a lick of paint or TLC as was looking a bit tired There were 2 fans present, but neither were much use (aka. if you put your hand a foot away from the fan you couldnt feel anything). The wifi was awful - continual twirling. aka. out of the 14 penalties in the England penalty shoot out v Sweden, we managed to see 3. The rest was just twirling tv..

The setting was very special and unique. The beds were comfortable and clean. Exploring all the levels of the property was fun and interesting. We enjoyed the on suite shower room and thought it to be a great use of that space.

First exterior impressions were not great could really do with weeding and brushing up. The smelly bins near the front door adding to the somewhat bedraggled initial perception. The parking situation was somewhat of a drawback especially with a disabled partner. There are solutions but nothing ideal that doesn’t require messing about. A flooring nail is protruding on the top landing between the living room and the bathroom. We took our shoes off as per the request in the handbook and out of habit as that’s what we do ourselves in our home. Finding the nail with a bear foot was a little unpleasant to say the least. Some new toilet seats would be a good investment as they look shabby. The bug situation was not great l. If window were left open which due to the 32 degree heat they were the rooms quickly filled up with them. The outside are really is a strong feature in this property but you are not making the most of it. Could be so special with minimal effort. The plastic flowers are awful and the unswept decking makes it feel uncared for. The overgrown trees limiting waterside views and access to the water. A lick of paint to brighten things up, would all be easy wins and add a lot of value to your guests. The back door on the left side didn’t appear to want to open.
