The room had an eclectic style. Nice view from the public terrace. Nice staff.

Demand for a transfer of a deposit to a bank account (which number was not provided) before arrival is inconvenient for international travellers. Demand for a safety deposit in cash without offering a formal receipt at reception. The direction on booking.com is not correct, the hotel is further away from the centre.

The patio is very nice.

The person who checked us in seemed very clueless about what he was doing. There were no top sheets on the beds. The shower took ten minutes to get hot and then there was only a trickle of water.

Its rustic appearance and Mexican accents

The only staff member that was there when we arrived was not friendly at all and he ignored us since we got there; we git there after 2 pm (check in time) and the rooms were not ready. He did not apologize and told us to wait for another "30 minutes". The room did not have hot water and despite telling staff about it the problem was not fixed. The next day another staff member offered us to use another room's bathroom to shower, but the problem in our room was not addressed. The pictures online DO NOT reflect the reality of the property; it was okay, but not even close...especially the view of the mountains which there was not. The owner arrived on the last day of our stay and apologized, but that dis not change anything, and the apology was too late.
