We booked the hotel for the very beginning of our trip and again, two weeks later, for the end. And we are grateful to the owners for refunding us for the first night, since our ferry was canceled. Just a 20-minute drive away, there are beautiful, uncrowded beaches on the Ionian Sea. Just a three-minute walk from the hotel, there’s excellent pizza at “Mimmo’s.” Inexpensive and very tasty

First of all, and most importantly: if you're choosing this hotel for the parking, I must point out that the owners seem to believe that any parking somewhere in the city counts as the hotel's parking. On the street where the hotel is located, parking is only allowed for one hour or on public holidays. Second, the room: There is absolutely no ventilation of any kind.  And... Soundproofing is nonexistent — meaning, everything your partner does in the bathroom, you will hear. Third, there is no space at all that you, as a guest, can use for your belongings or food. All surfaces are occupied by something. There’s just one hook for hanging clothes. There’s no space to open a suitcase, no place to sit in your room and have a proper coffee or even just a quiet conversation. The only thing you have is the bed. If you open the window, you can’t both sit at the table, and you can’t see the TV screen. In the shower: — no handheld shower, — no ventilation, — and no toilet paper holder — its role is played by the toilet brush. - no facilities for drying towels or beach items - Shelf for shampoos weighs on a shower tap, innovative approach Fourth: we were promised breakfast — which simply did not exist. Fifth: the owner’s attitude toward guests is extremely rude. There is a complete absence of any form of management. We never received a welcome letter. We had to figure everything out ourselves. As for the Wi-Fi password, it was only sent after we asked — and even then, it came in the form of a tiny, blurry photo, as if the owners were incapable of just typing it out in a message. I have no idea how many guests this hotel has had before us, but if the owners are still unable to prepare a basic "welcome letter" with instructions — how to check in, where to leave the keys upon departure, what the Wi-Fi password is, what’s allowed and what’s not in the hotel — it’s frankly baffling.

Very comfortable. In town centre. Good communication with the owner. She kindly stored our bikes safely overnight in her ground floor office studio. Recommended.

"The host knows marketing and design, not care and communication"

The place was nice, pleasantly arranged. I saw well-thought-out marketing behind everything - high-quality cosmetics, nice equipment. But the details showed that the host is not caring and doesn't really care about the guests and their comfort. Breakfast in the nearby cafe was great, friendly staff, tasty food.

Hostess communicated poorly. We had to repeatedly ask for information about breakfast and wi-fi. I needed advice on parking, she answered the first message, then she didn't respond to anything. The electricity went out, someone came to solve it very quickly (probably my husband) but he didn't speak English and his behavior was not at a high level (he didn't say hello, he didn't even wave goodbye...) After a hard day, it completely spoiled our travel experience. We chose the site based on a nice profile, but it's just good marketing. A bad impression from the host only stronger than from a nice room...
