Great responsive customer service. Almost responded immediately as long as it's within 8am to 8pm Japan time. My friends are very pleased with it too. Highly recommended this villa to others.

Only if there are less high cables in the view, but that's ok, nothing can block the beauty of Mt Fuji

広くてお洒落でした！ ピーラーがむきやすかった！ 快適に過ごせました！

追い焚きがなかったです。 包丁の切れが悪かったので包丁研ぎがほしかったです。 石鹸の上から出るのが液体だから洗面所がびちょびちょになったのでなくてもいいかな？と思いました！ キッチンペーパーがあると嬉しいです！
