"Perfekte Basis für Scheveningen und Den Haag ohne Auto"

Niedliches Häuschen, gute Raumaufteilung, bequem, Balkon, Nähe zum Strand und zu Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles problemlos zu Fuß, Auto nach Ankunft gar nicht mehr bewegt, Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit

Achtung sehr steile Treppe, für uns kein Problem, für ältere Menschen oder sehr kleine Kinder evtl schon

Parkplatz am Haus. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Fußgängerzone.

Die enge Toilettensituation. Die "Möbelatmosphäre" im Wohn- Eßzimmer , incl. Küche.

"Al met al functioneel voor een kort verblijf, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering."

De locatie is erg gunstig en het is prettig dat je direct voor de deur kunt parkeren. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep duidelijk en vlot, en de douche was schoon en netjes.

De overheersende geur die in het hele appartement hing (vooral etensgeur). Daarnaast vonden we dat het appartement weinig sfeer had en dat er sprake is van enig achterstallig onderhoud.
