There is air-con. Room was spacious. Super quiet. As much free bottles of water as you want. There is some restaurants and shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Lots of pickup locations for buses and tours are also less than 5 minutes away.

It is up a hill but the owner picked us up when we first arrived which was great as the hill would only be an issue with luggage, it is fine if not. Beds are hard but we actually slept great on them. We never went to the beach so cant comment on proximity or anything like that

It's a good location nearby the main road. There are no sign to find the hotel easily. But host will help you and pick you up on the main street. Host is very friendly, but doesn't speak English. The communication goes over Google translater and via whatsup, which is OK. Directly on the small street up to the hotel there are good restaurants for eating stuff.

Liked :staff very kind, room clean. Disliked :The hotel is very high up on the hilly road, you have to go up an alley.. Very difficult to found. Bed is rock hard.
