I have to say the Apartment was one of the best I've stayed in Parma , From the location just 10 min stroll to both the train station and the centre of town . Lots and lots of Restaurants and shops on the doorstep. I also used the bar at the Novohotel Hotel which was 10 mins stroll away . Lovely bar as well. The apartment had all the luxuries of home . Great shower and a King size bed . I honestly cant fault this apartment. Francesca has thought of everything thats required and needed in an apartment. Even down to a stainless steel shelf within the shower to hold shampoo and shower jels etc . I can't recommend this apartment enough.

Scarsa pulizia, asciugamani sfilacciati e impresentabili, sciacquone del water non funzionante per tutto il soggiorno, lampada del comodino non funzionante, biancheria da letto con molte ombre. Sollecitata la proprietaria a risolvere almeno il problema del water inutilmente. Presentato reclamo a booking al fine di ottenere il rimborso, la struttura non si è resa disponibile. Ho ottenuto soltanto un piccolo rimborso da booking. Dopo aver sentito il mio legale valuterò se intraprendere azioni legali

Uno degli appuntamenti più puliti che abbia visto ultimamente. A parte questa considerazione, la posizione è ottima, accoglienza perfetta e l'appartamento molto carino.

La mancanza di riscaldamenti fissi, si fa un po' fatica a riscaldare l'appartamento anche essendoci due condizionatori.

Ideally located in a calm street in the historical center, at walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and most of the sites. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and more: excellent kitchen in a cosy living room, small but functional bathroom, quiet and comfortable bedroom. We liked the decoration and the attention to detail and to travellers' comfort, e.g. there was a shopping trolley, some umbrellas...

Nothing significant or any dealbreakers. I would have preferred to meet the host in person, but contact, check-in out checkout were very easy. The battery of the vacuum cleaner has probably seen its best days and didn't allow to operate it very long; it was only a bit of an issue as we stayed 3 nights and ate in a few times. Any meaningful ventilation can only be attained by opening windows, but that is only to be expected in such an old, beautiful building. And at times we could hear the neighbors during the nighttime, but earplugs resolved that.

Gezellig en proper appartement met groot, stevig bed, kleine badkamer en ruime living met goed toegeruste keukenhoek, alles ademt kwaliteit. Voorkomende en duidelijke communicatie vooraf. Ligt op wandelafstand van het station en van het historische stadscentrum.
