"Beautifully presented, comfortable and clean please near to the centre, we’d come again"

Really very nicely decorated and finished. Clean and comfortable and well equipped and the dinky outdoor area was smart too.

Entrance code box was jammed and very difficult to get open although it seemed fine the next morning. Droning fan on constant in the bathroom. Both poles fell off in the lounge on opening curtains. The location was quiet and central but very grotty.

Some H&S issues - front step. stair hand rail, back step. I will send a separate email re the front step which caused one of our group to fall and fracture a finger. This issue had already been highlighted in the visitors book.
