The accessibility and the size
The staff were rude and unresponsive when I requested a late checkout, even though I arrived late. No one replied to my messages, and they entered the room without confirming if I had left. I only needed 30 extra minutes, but they kept calling like it was a huge issue. With a 5-hour gap between checkout and check-in, an extra 30 minutes or 1 hour will not ruin your business. If you can’t accommodate that, maybe rethink your customer service approach.
