Parking was not made clear

Liked the proximity to Metro station and two restaurants. Not far from Target as shopping grocery point. Entrance and comunal areas good but not on the same level. Small ‘shop’ pay as you buy on ground level and tea gratuity facility.

First of all I booked apartment to be with other two groups of girlfriends attending the wedding. They were put in two different towers of the building Signature Restown and I was put in a completely different building 15 min walk from them Skymark. Upon arrival they apologise for mistake but after talking to 9 and a half seconds with Churchill stuff I was told they don’t have availability in Signature and I was taken by my friend to Skymark I a car as it was pouring down by rain and strong winds. Upon arrival I went to my apartment to find out it is mediocre, not cleaned the best, no carpet, windows opened, and finally as my husband arrived that we can not share ‘double bed’ as it is tiny!!!! We had extra sheets for sofa bed in the living room but no pillows or duvet! Few hours of me talking to Lana how was working on the reception that night and Churchill guy (disaster) who tried to calm the property to the number I called him from as I refuse to pay roaming as on international line… and I got my duvet at 10.30pm!!! And let’s continue…. I specifically asked if there are certain things at the property eg. hairdryer and I was told yes you have all of them. Guess what no hairdryer, no mugs ether, ask for them on Saturday got them Monday pm asking twice more and two of them… The worst was that the place was not cleaned well, it looks like we had a lot of pets hair and my husband has a really bed allergy to pets hair. Nice but will not recommend

Was a nice property that was clean with nice furniture and the bed was comfortable. The front desk employees were all really nice.

The hot water was not hot. Water temp was between warm and hot which made showering cold. Also, coffee was challenging as there were no filters and the coffee machine on the 5th floor was unusable for renters and could only be used by long term renters.

The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received a suspicious email demanding photos of my credit card, which I refused to provide. Desperate for clarity, I called the headquarters, only to be rerouted to a Medicare hotline and various dead ends. Eventually, I discovered this wasn't Global Luxury Suites, but Skymark. The billing department insisted on the credit card photos for a "3D secure" form, threatening to withhold check-in instructions. This form offered no security assurance, and my card had already been charged in full! This experience was marred by mismanagement and shady practices. The beautiful property couldn't overshadow the incompetence behind the scenes. Be cautious if you book here.
