Not a lot. It has a lift!

Located down a dark, dirty side street. Rooms not very clean. They did not once clean our room whilst we were there. Not all rooms have windows. First room we were allocated was a family room but no windows. Was moved to a smaller room but with a window. Dirty windows. AC and TV - present but don't work. No remotes available. No kettle unless you ask. No fridge. Windows are soundproof but the door is not. Reception, particularly in the evening can be noisy. Sound travels up the stairwell. They like their music videos! Apart from the manager, staff do not speak much English. Sadly i do not speak much Hindi. There is no restaurant. You can order food in. Not many decent restaurants nearby. Best to take a tuktuk to the better side of the city. Booking.com states 10% discount for food and drink. This was not applied. It also states one-way airport transfer is included. They said i had to pay. I ordered a cab anyway but in the morning the driver would not answer calls so i told them to forget it. We walked to the end of the road and got a tuktuk. Cheaper, though they can't go all the way to the terminal building. 100-200m walk. In all, this hotel is not up to the standard expected by foreign guests. Maybe domestic guests accept it. Was not good value for money. Not recommended. 1-star at best.

This is nice property nearby golden temple and isbt amritsar on main road. Rooms was so nice and newly property.staff was so good and supportive.
