Wonderful new villa in a dominant position with stunning seaview, it looks towards east and you can enjoy spectacular sunrises directly from your bed! The villa is very comfortable and cozy, it has everything you might need ! All appliances are brand new and the great outdoor space is furnished with beautiful and comfortable pieces. The town of Livadi is reachable in less than 10 min by car or by bus . The beach of Agios Iannis is just a short walk away There are 2 tavernas open for lunch and dinner also reachable on foot in a few minutes. We loved the house and its nordic vibe. The location is just perfect very quiet at night yet close to Livadi and its shops and restaurants.

We just loved everything Maybe the parking space could be improved Also an outdoor shower would be useful .

Excellent choice, perfect choice for couples or families. The apartment had nearly all the necessary for a visit. Magnificent sea view, great location near to Ag Ioannis beach

Would help a better parking place as well as lights at he parking place

"We enjoyed our stay at this unique house with a spectacular view and modern amenities."

Great view, nice location, everything was clean. Check in was very easy. The furnishings were well thought out. It felt very private and it was quiet at nighttime.

The only thing is that we didn’t see any shower shampoo conditioner bottles. Also a baby crib (portable) would be helpful to have for future guests.
