Lucky Tito Coron Dive Resort

Nice location a bit off the main street. The family room was large enough for 3 people. Very kind personell.

The pool was not that nice to use as there was renovations done on both sides of it. The AC was quite loud.

We had a comfortable stay, and the room provided enough space for my family member. The room and toilet were clean, and the toilet supplies we needed were well provided. The room was spacious, and the food was not bad.The pool, especially at night, was okay and relaxing. Most of the staff were good, accommodating, respectful, and always happy to assist us.

However, there was one female staff member who was rude and acted bossy from our first day. The way she answered our questions felt unfair and unprofessional, which made us uncomfortable. When we informed her about her attitude, she apologized, and we appreciate that. We sincerely hope this behavior will not happen again for the sake of the hotel and the hardworking staff. Overall, aside from that experience, our stay was okay.

Pool was dirty.

The staff was very helpful and willing to give me a good experience there. The room was big, clean, no mosquitoes at all (there were plenty around that place, but they offer that mosquito repellent that you plug into a power socket and problem solved). They have a nice pool as well (though I couldn't use it because of what I explain soon in the "I didn't like" section). They're close to everything in the center (restaurants, shops, etc.), and yet it's a quiet place. I gotta say, I was about 13 days all over Philippines. This place was the second last one I stayed at, and it was the only one that offered me proper white cotton towels. All other 11 places around Philippines offered me towels that were a mixture of synthetic material and cotton because they dry up faster, but this place gives you real cotton towels. Very much appreciated.

The only minus was that, during our conversations before I arrived, I made it clear that I wanted to go scuba diving to the Japanese shipwrecks on January 1st. They told me they could help me with that as they do have their own dive shop on site (one of the main reasons I chose this place), but when I arrived on December 31st at around 18:00 (New Year's eve, mind you), only then they told me that they couldn't help me with that. They send me to another dive shop that it was about to close already (again, New Year's eve), and they told me they were gonna be closed on the only one day I could do scuba diving. But this other dive shop took my situation and their own, called some other dive shops, and they didn't stop until they found one open that could take me in the following day. So I thanked them, went to the other place and could organize my scuba diving excursion by my own. Next time it would be better if Lucky Tito says clearly from the beginning that they couldn't help me with this, so I could organize it myself beforehand and save me the very stressful time I had trying to find another dive shop. If it weren't for this particular thing, I would easily rate them higher. But if you're not much into diving, this is an excellent choice to spend time in Coron.
