Boutique La Perla with private pool

I never write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn future guests about our stay at this apartment. Our experience was extremely distressing due to the hosts’ relentless disregard for our privacy & lack of basic courtesy. During our stay, both hosts entered the property and moved our personal belongings without permission or advance notice on multiple occasions. This was not just once or twice— it became a regular, unsettling pattern. At one point, female member of our family was undressed in the apartment when the male host unexpectedly came onto the terrace and started moving our things around - and could actually see the undressed person. This was a shocking breach of privacy and made us feel completely unsafe in the space we had paid a huge money for. Our discomfort only increased as the hosts would appear at the pool (again with no warning) when we wanted to sit down for a meal, disrupting our time and making it clear we had no real private space. The hosts’ behavior escalated at check-out when the lady host began shouting & using profanity (swearing) at us, accusing us of things we hadn’t done. We were spoken to in a completely unacceptable manner, which left us feeling anxious and unwelcome. Absolutely despicable behavior!!! No manners whatsoever, even neighbors saw her shouting at us. As for the apartment itself, it was far from the "luxury" as described online. The furniture & kitchen supplies were worn out and extremely limited—one pan, one cooking pot, and just two toilet paper rolls for 8 days for the whole family. Bathroom is small - you cannot sit on the toilet & close door. The only redeeming feature was the terrace with pool, but even here there was no privacy, with neighbors and the hosts frequently walking by or entering the area. Our overall experience was a disaster. I urge others to reconsider before booking here, especially if you value peace, privacy, and normal hosts.

This is a lovely family run apartment. Srečko and his family (including Tinky the dog) were very accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean and had all amenities required including a private pool which is hard to come across. Really convenient location, we stayed there for a festival in Tisno and it was only a 10 minute drive there. The supermarket in Murter was only 5 mins walk and if you walk a bit further there are some great food restaurants - can’t wait to come back and explore more!

Privatni bazen uz apartman.

Udaljenost od plaze, 10 min hoda. Kupanoica jako mala, jedva se okrenes u njoj. Druga spavaca soba samo jedan krevet za jednu osobu. Kante za smece udaljene 150m od zgrade u kojoj je apartman. U kuhinji nije bilo pećnice.

Exceptionally nice apartment with wooden flooring, beautiful interior and exterior, well equipped kitchen, large terrace, lounge chairs, barbecue and a private pool. We liked that there is some shade on the terrace in the afternoon, at least in May. The host was available most of the time and, with the help of translation apps, was very helpful. There was a possibility to do laundry in a common area for free. There is a dedicated parking spot in front of the entrance. Ask for the shortcut to town- it is not obvious.

The shower is spacious but the whole bathroom could be bigger.

Wonderful, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment with small private pool.

All good. Sea view slightly obscured by fence to neighbouring apartment, but this did give good privacy. The second bedroom's bed was also quite small for a tall teenager. But we loved the place.

Very clean and well equipped. It was in a quiet complex and we slept well. Sabina was extremely helpful and it was nice to communicate with her.

It needed a bit more information - maybe a guide. It was 3 days before we discovered the path through the complex that cut out the longer walk to town, beach, etc. No access to a washing machine. No sun in the terrace/pool after late morning.
