The hotel staff are very friendly and are so helpful, would highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Izmir as the location is in the center of the area

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, but overall the stay and the staff were all excellent would definitely recommend and would definitely stay in it again

Customer service was good. Bed was comfy and free WiFi reliable

Breakfast not included but did check what was offered and the options were not great. Location isn't great, walking to the restaurants and the bazaar you had to pass a number of red light bars/nightclubs
