Amazing House, got everything you need.

Location is a bit isolated - can only be accessed through single (steep) road. Be careful not to ditch your car on the road.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-maintained villa. Everything was very clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were incredibly hospitable — they gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the property, and even provided a helpful guide with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants in Madeira. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Despite this, we truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Madeira!

The only downside was the pool. it wasn’t heated, and there were some bugs in the water. It is cleaned once a week, but the water didn’t seem to be circulating or filtering regularly, which would have made a big difference.

Beautifull house, very well equipped with everything that you needed, verry good location , quaiet, simply perfect. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

We stay to little time.

Amazing view of the ocean from the villa, very quiet area, easy check in and check out , supermarket and pharmacy very close too. Villa was very clean, rooms and bed very comfortable, 4 bathrooms more than enough. All things and more that you need (bbq, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi) . 35-40 min away from funchal, but easy accessible on the main roads , loads of sightseeing around in the area. Definitely comings back !

Appreciated a lot: Stunning view Supermarket within walking distance Beach 5 minutes away by car, and one of the best on the island Bedrooms are identical, so no need to draw straws on who sleeps where Remote controlled blinds for each room Kitchen fully equipped Plenty of storage space, and square footage overall Spare service toilet outside bedrooms Pool was still a bit cold in September, but perfect to cool down after a full day 6 sunbeds by the pool

What impacted the experience: Construction work happening all across the hill area, starting at 8am No insect screen No air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in living area Walls are thin inside Pillows are too shallow, could use better ones Steep and narrow hill to get to the property, but that's Madeira for you Could have used a gym room as well, but that's a nice to have

We loved how secluded we felt once on site. It was as if we had the island to ourselves. The beds were cozy, the pool is the perfect size and the market is just down the hill.

40 minute drive from all tourist attractions in Funchal. This was fine as we rented a car.
