The location was convenient to supermarkets and stores. Security was present at the gate and at the parking structure entrance. The owner was quick to respond to questions/concerns. I also liked the snacks/drinks that were available for purchase, and after a long trip, those were convenient. The king bed in the loft was comfortable. They provided toothbrush kits as well.

The pillows were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable, they could be changed. An electric outlet in the loft would have been nice for charging cellphones. I stayed for 12 days, and it would have been nice to have cleaning services. A trash can in the kitchen would have been nice, instead of using the one in the bathroom. Parking and use of the pool was additional fees. Some sites do charge for parking, so I'm familiar with that. However, paying a fee to use the pool in the morning, and a separate fee to use it in the afternoon was a bit too much. Not the fault of the owner though.
