It was mentioned there is air conditioning, but it was not precised that air conditioning was only in the leaving room, not in the bedroom. We booked this flat because of the air conditioning, knowing that it was really warm outside and we have children including a 2 year old boy and that I am 7 months pregnant. My husband and daughter had to start sleeping on the terrasse because of the temperature in the bedroom. Furthermore, the second bed in the leaving room was not prepared, we had to do it ourselves and then received a whatsapp message saying it is not acceptable we used other bed sheets. Same for towels, only 2 were prepared but we were 4 guests. Finallly, there were electricity cuts while we were cooking for dinner.

Zona centrale, comoda a qualsiasi servizio. Terrazza/solarium meraviglioso.

Terrazza bellissima ma farei qualcosa di più bello. Innanzitutto tutto butterei via la sedia sfondata e cambierei il tavolino con qualcosa di più nuovo.Merita, in quanto punto forte dell’appartamento .Inoltre camera da letto non climatizzata.

Everything is nice: cozy and well equipped, it is a perfect base to explore Puglia region's beauty. Most hot spots are within 1hr by car. Terlizzi itself is not a top tourist destination, at least in May, but it's very lively, so we could enjoy authentic local experience. I like the fact that apartment has 3 toilets/bathrooms - if you travel with family it makes your life way easier. Generally the owner has put a lot of effort to modernize old building with a great outcome. Roof terrace is a perfect place for morning coffee or evening drink :). Very helpful staff, all minor things were solved immediately. Absolutely outstanding value for money!

None of these is a complaint, just things you should be aware of. 1. Parking limitations if you come by car. Sometimes finding a parking spot might take a while. 2. Location above the restaurant means late night noises if that bothers you - wasn't a big deal for us. 3. Be prepared for some stairs-the apartment is situated one floor above street level and spans three levels (roof terrace could use furniture improvement).

We loved everything about this listing. A centuries-old southern Italian building was re-worked in a modern high-end loft style with much of the interior original stone walls exposed. There are high quality fixtures and appliances throughout. This unique architectural-grade space was redone with great creativity and no details were overlooked. In addition, it is quite a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. It is located in central Terlizzi , steps away from the central spines district. This is a unique and wonderful place to stay and the next time we are in the area we will book for a longer period of time. We strongly recommend to all!
