They were rice on the carpet on first day we check in means the living room was clean The sink faucet broke as soon as we tried to open the waiter we stiff all day and night without a sink Then the next day was the poll level and temperature maintenance guy had to come out ! Then the last night it was freezing with 39F we didn’t have heat all day because the internet shut off on us no tv nothing I couldn’t work !! The kids were bored all day and freezing complaining about the cold ! Innaveptable for this put r I could of stood at villatll resort and be happy

The slide kids room was the only room the master looked too girly with flowers I honestly didn’t know was master until I looked bathroom the tv on the hello kitty room and captain American don’t work !!

The house was nice. Our children loved the game room and pool. The bedrooms had comfortable beds (except the master bed in the main room downstairs are awful). The kitchen and included utensils were good. The movie room was also nice.

The management company was not good. Their communication, although prompt, is highly ineffective. Additionally, they did a poor job of resolving matters. There are two upstairs bathrooms that smell really bad and need to be evaluated by a plumber. The neighborhood is being to lose its exclusivity and tranquility. There were a LOT of other people walking the streets cursing, yelling, acting a fool, etc. and this went on until the wee hours of the morning. A group staying in a house next door to us was smoking marijuana whose odor was strong that we all decided to go inside.

It was amazing and more than enough room for the 9 guest. Close to lots of restaurants and stores.

It was peaceful,clean,and perfect location to enjoy time with family.
