sensational property, the surrounding area was peaceful, such responsible, caring and respectful owners, who cared about our stay, very helpful and would recommend. we had incredible stay!!!

The property was well maintained and very clean and tidy. It had a lot of character but was still light and airy with modern design. We felt very welcome and it was particularly nice to see the host had made extra effort by providing complementary toiletries, milk, orange juice and snacks. There were also commonly used condiments in the cupboard. The location was brilliant, just 20 minutes drive to Beamish living museum(which was fantastic) and Newcastle city centre. Overall a lovely little place, perfect for couples.

Great wee cottage with a full kitchen and comfy bed, modern bathroom and very clean. Have been travelling all about for various GWO courses and this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed!

The colour scheme and layout is very restful and the facilities are excellent. Very clean and lovely to have an outside sitting area.

The booking .com information said someone would meet me at the property in fact the information is all via WhatsApp. This needs to be in the initial information.

The whole place is stunning and some lovely walks round the corner, courtyard is so cute, just a lovely little stay to recharge

Well appointed cottage, comfortable and clean. Plenty of cooking utensils.

Breakfast not included but excellent self catering facilities.

The only improvement would be a name on the property .
