It's a lovely cosy modern cottage. The lay out is amazing. Absolutely love the place and would definitely book again. The owners are always in contact to make sure you are happy with everything.

Second time I stayed, as last time great place and host is polite and helpful.

We booked this property as something special to celebrate my birthday and it wowed us both with its charm straight away. We had booked to see a musical at the theatre which was about 30 minutes on the bus. This stunning cottage offers the luxury of a real home from home. It has everything you need during your stay. The cottage was exceptionally clean, modern and stylish. The host was contacted through WhatsApp and helped with bus journey and shop information. The fridge was stocked with a little milk carton and some orange juice. If we visit the area again we would definitely book this hidden gem again! Maxine & Garry

Nothing to not like

Cottage was very cozy , it was so clean and well located to the attractions we wanted to see. Will be booking again. Great communication with the owner and the extra few hours to check out was a god send 🙏🏼 A hidden gem

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in - it has been beautifully refurbished with every attention to detail. It is stylish, warm and comfortable, with good storage and excellent facilities. All the appliances were high quality and the bathroom and downstairs loo were super clean and well-designed. What's not to like??

Great location to reach Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle. Easy to follow instructions to access the property, the owners communicated everything clearly. When I first walked through the door I immediately thought how beautiful it smelled and how beautiful the decor is. It feels warm, comfortable, and homely. Very clean, a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great WiFi. I can’t fault this place, it was great value for money and I would love to stay again

Very well thought out. A little snack tray with popcorn, fruit and cereal bars. Milk and a smoothie in the fridge. The decor is beautiful. It’s so, so clean !
