The location

Very poor facilties on the site. It seemed impossible to book for one visit to the show bar. And like on our last visit, impossible to recommend The Boathouse - it could take a good shake up.

Clean and well kept, beds were comfy,

Trying to find my way around the park on the dark was a mission, kids went on a little adventure.

Arguably the best pitch on the site, fantastic view and everything you could need for your trip away. Fantastic communication and joy to stay. Perfect !

The caravan was clean with every essential you need the site is beautiful with loads of attractions for kids the only downside was a weird smell in both bedrooms.

clean comfortable caravan . very cosy with all essentials you’d need. 10 min walk to a local pub . Took us an hour to walk to the main Skegness beach/shops but that’s following Google maps. Think there is a short cut somewhere.

The exterior lights held on by tape,bulbs blown throughout the property,the plastic decking needs replacing as is very week and wobbly
