Petit logement idéal en solo et avec un super emplacement.

Le bruit que faisaient les propriétaires dans leur logement au dessus et quand ils parlaient fort à côté. Pareil pour les locataires du logement à côté qui parlaient très fort et claquaient les portes en pleine nuit.

Immaculately clean and everything was thought of. Terrace view was compact but perfect for one.

Terrace View apartment was chilly in April but Dyson heater provided. Probably perfect in height of summer.

De kou, er is een Dyson blower dat warme lucht blaast maar het maakt herrie dus is het best storend tijdens het slapen.

Location was OUTSTANDING

Apartment super tiny but workable. Shower needs adjusting as only distributed super hot water and no cold water to blend in.

The only positive point was the city center location.

The hosts run the accommodation very unprofessionally, and they were by far the worst part of our stay. During our stay, we left the apartment to go out for dinner, and while we were gone the host entered the apartment without our permission to switch off the heating and lights. This was a serious breach of privacy, and I later noticed that other reviews mention the same issue. The amenities listed are also not freely available to guests. I needed an iron, which had to be brought by the host, and this took a very long time. When it finally arrived, the iron was filthy and smelled very bad. I had to clean it myself, otherwise it would have stained my dress. In addition, the host very rudely accused my partner and me of smoking inside the room. I found both the accusation and the host’s tone offensive. Even after I explained that this had not happened and would not happen, the host repeated the accusation again. I am a young woman, and the male host came downstairs with the other host, inappropriately wearing a bathrobe and half undressed, to confront us and repeat the accusation. The overall experience felt much more like informally staying in someone’s home than staying in a hotel. The room itself is also much smaller than it appears in the photos. The outside area was quite disappointing, with dead plants and camping chairs. The apartment was also very cold at night, especially in the bedroom, as there is only a small fan heater to supplement the extremely poor central heating. Most notably, I was shocked and disgusted to see a carpet covering most of the kitchen floor. This is highly unusual and seriously unhygienic. Finally, the hosts falsely advertise the space as soundproof. The apartment is very noisy. While some noise is expected in a city centre location, we were even able to hear the hosts from two floors below.

Location was perfect and the view of the canal so nice. The host also allowed me a late check out!
