to our horrifying surprise, the appartment had, No BALCONY !!!! Balcony was mentioned in their First and Top Attraction of the Aprtment. Balcony was an attraction for us too, naturally.... but there was No Balcony !!!!!!
There was No AC, in the Apartment !!!!!! The tempreture of Lisbon , was touching 40 degrees, every day..
and after the kind of monery ( about Euro 200.00, a night ) we were charged, and in those heated days and nights, we were without AC ....can you imagine !!!! On asked about it, the Host said, AC was not mentioned in the conditions !!!! It was peak of summer, in Lisbon, and at the kind of real high charges, WERE we sopposed to ask for AC during our booking period ????AC, which is most most most essential and obious, surely at Euro @ 200.00 a night, !!!!!!! It was unbeleivable.........!!!!!
After 4 /5 days of our stay, we asked the Host, to get the Garbage cleaned from the Kitchen ( it was overflowing ), and we were advised by the HOST end, to carry the Garbage and throw it in one of the Garbage Box, outside the building !!!!! After paying Euro 200.00 a day, were we supposed to carry Garbage out of the building, on the streets ???? It was just, DISGUSTING....!!!!!!!!!!
In the washroom, at wash basin, the hand wash in the bottle was, Empty.....
the Freezer was Jamed / iced, like it was not used for years... natuarally we could not use it either...
the windows were covered with paper....
Dining chairs were very very uncomfortable,
and again, to our surprise, the second / smaller room for the third guest, had only, Bunk Bed !!!!
Friends, we paid like Euro 3156.00, plus taxes of Euro 130.00 for 16 night, not to sleep in Bunk Bed, without AC in the Apartment, eating sitting at most uncomfortable chairs .....IT WAS CERTAINLY NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY THAT WAS CHARGED....we surely could have done much better with Euro 200.00 a night ....
