Casa La Palmetta by Wonderful Italy

Ótima localização. Apartamento limpo. Todavia, colchões ruins, banho pequeno demais com água quente suficiente para apenas uma pessoa. Ausencia de utencilios de cozinha. Falta um sofá para melhor conforto. Enfim o apartamento é inadequado para estadias.

Overall, it was a good experience, but for the price, I would have expected more. ​First and foremost, the location was excellent. It's right next to Garibaldi Park, which is a lovely spot, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the old town, so everything was super accessible. An added bonus was the bus stop for the number 16 bus to the airport right around the corner. It was a huge help, especially since it runs on holidays. ​The apartment itself was also good. Having a lift was a huge plus, as there was only a short flight of stairs to deal with. The windows in the kitchen and living room faced an inner courtyard, which meant it was incredibly quiet, a welcome change from a lot of city apartments. The place was also clean and looked exactly like the photos, which is always a relief. ​The instructions for getting the entry code were a bit more involved than other places I've booked in Italy, but they were still manageable. After a quick phone call, we were able to sort out the final details regarding the lease agreement, which is an additiobal required online document.

While the apartment had its strong points, there were also several things that fell short, especially considering the price. ​The apartment shows signs of wear and tear and the equipment is rather poor. There was a clear lack of basic supplies, like only two rolls of toilet paper for four people for nearly six days. This isn't enough. There were also some remnants of ground coffee likely left by previous guests, but not a single pod for the coffee machine, which was disappointing. We also had to buy our own salt, sugar, and oil. For the price, I think the owner should have provided these basic items—it’s a small cost that would make a difference for guests. ​The living room needs a serious overhaul. The chairs are so uncomfortable that it's impossible to watch TV. It would be a much better idea to move the television to the bedroom. Another major drawback was the mess outside the kitchen window, which was a real eyesore and made it difficult to hang laundry.

Entry instructions and access was very poor. It took us about 30 minutes to get in the property due to poor instruction. Very frustrating Kitchen was poorly stocked with essentials

Very clean and close to the old town and city center

Very small Windows and no windows at all in one of the bedrooms makes the apartment dark. The kitchen and livingroom are very low ceilinged rooms, which makes the feeling inside a bit weird.
