Place is old.. needs a lot of work. Atained couches.. stained sheets.. mould.. flooding in rooms in rain.. dirt falling from ceilings.. etc etc etc the list goes on

Here’s the perfect example of how to give customers terrible experiences -old and stain on linens It is ok to be old but at least it should be clean Looking dirty gives a hard feeling -unstable hot water supply I waited for 10 minutes for hot water in the middle of my shower At the end I didn’t get it so I had my shower in cold water Then I got a severe headache the next day -unstable wifi Every few hours you need to reconnect and it may not work even if you reconnect

Location is pretty good. Close enough by scooter, but too far to walk to most of the nightlife, cafes,markets etc

Cleanliness. Stained sheets, towels, bugs/insects/geckos all over. Bathrooms were not good, very dirty. Tried to spend as little time in room/at the stay as possible. The outdoor common areas were extremely dirty and buggy, so bad I did not want to use the amenities.

Only problem the air con unit was above the door but not effective for the bed as directs the cool air into room but not the bed area

The price was good. The staff were lovely.

Not as clean as it could be. It was basic but it was cheap.
