property okay pengurusan ke bilik jer lembab

perbaiki lagi .. check in pkul 3 tapi bila kita smpai pkul 5 kunci bilik pun xde .. kedai sidai smpai pkul 7 .. 7 lebih bru dpat check in .. call berkali susah nak angkat .. nada dering telefon please kuatkan !

The window was open throughout my stay because of the sea view.

AGAIN- ISSUE WITH CLEANLINES. NO IMPROVEMENT ???. Bathroom is not cleaned AT ALL. The kitchen smells. Maybe the sheets are not washed after use.
