USThe view was everything and more! We felt the advertisement and photos matched the reality. Our children ran through the cabin elated, loved the game room, and were pumped the cabin was so spacious they had their own bathrooms. I enjoyed the access to a washer, dryer, and hot tub all without leaving our cabin. We received a very detailed email siting expectations for our stay and found a detailed binder upon entering the cabin. We had an issue with our internet not working and the property management office resolved it quickly.
All of the outside rockers were worn and unpainted making them uncomfortable to sit in and sometimes left splinters in our clothes. Half of the living room furniture was damaged. Although these pieces could still be sat on, they were broken in ways that made them uncomfortable. The remote for the basement Jaccuzi tub did not work, the water for the tub was never more than tepid, the carpet was ripped in front of the tub and tiles were jaggedly broken on the bathroom floor. We would have liked to see more items to enhance existing features like salt/pepper for the kitchen, a brush to clean the dirty grill grates before we used it, metal utensils for the grill, etc.

USIt was beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The view was beautiful and the decks over looked the mountains. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were nice yet comfortable.
My only complaint was in the game room. There were three pool sticks with the pool table. Two were broken and the third needed a new tip. There was also no chalk to chalk your pool stick tip. The four of us had to share one stick and couldn’t chalk up our stick.
