Nice location and sercurity at front desk were good

No hot water in shower, no bins in the entire apartment, toilet door didn’t lock, no toiletries provided, TV doesnt work, dirty sofa and really annoying and rude neighbour called OMAR. The lady i booked the apartment off seemed very nice on the phone but never saw her once. OMAR thought he could bang on the door whenever he likes.
