Casa Colibri La Punta

Avevo prenotato per una sola notte di passaggio, alla fine abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti. Il proprietario è molto disponibile anche se non lo abbiamo incontrato di persona. La casa è molto carina, con carattere e personalità. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la cucina sulla terrazza che abbiamo utilizzato durante tutto il soggiorno. Anche la piscina è carina e molto gradita da mia figlia. Il giardino è bellissimo: me lo sarei portato a casa tutto!

Consiglio di montare in camera delle tende oscuranti perché quelle che ci sono ora fanno passare troppo la luce al mattino, sono inutili. Ci sono dei lavori in corso, ma cosa disturbano di più sono le galline del vicino!

Travelling is what you make it. We have so many expectations while travelling these days, its nice to find a place that is functional and works. When i arrived the first floor of the house it was occupied with laundry, so WHAT! It gave the place a special feel. The second floor where there are three apartments had a shared toilet, and shows, totally functional, who grew up with four brothers and a sister and shared the facilities? And the cooking area was perfect. When you hit the city, especially down the main road at the surfing beach you are going to be spending a lot of money, every meal adds up, and the fruit and veggy shops are a rip off. We went to the store, bought our groceries for breakfast and save ourselves 100 Canadian dollars during our four day visit! The pool is excellent, and the chickens that live next door really gave us a feeling like we were part of Mexico, not a tourista. There is some house construction going on next door, we found the workman, hard working and very courteous. Their work did not effect us at all. (bring ear plugs if you are concerned, save money) Overall a good experience not for everyone, but was excellent for us if you know how to travel.

Some construction in the area, but that is what they are calling progress. Acclimatizing might take a day for some as they have to navigate the house to get to their room, but once there, all the amenities are in place.

Noisy as constructions start every morning Far from everything and road not done Toilet are separate Bathroom very archaic When you get in, you go through a laundry place where beddings, towels… are in the floor and water everywhere Balcony doors easily accessible by everyone! More more

Location, location, location.

AC, fans, wifi, were not working when we arrived but all was rectified quickly the next morning, including calcium removal on the shower head.

Habitaciones con insectos y alacranes. El dueño no apareció a la hora del check in , y muy mal check out , el dueño del alojamiento nos he echado en cara que dejásemos en las mochilas cuando un propio empleado nos dio permiso . No lo repetiría en la vida
