Patronka Apartments - Stylish apartment with a spacious terrace

The location is definitely a strong advantage – the apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, just a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful park. It is also conveniently located about 10 minutes by car from the old town center.

Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. The apartment was not properly cleaned or prepared for guests. It was immediately noticeable that the cleaning had been done carelessly: the bathroom was barely cleaned, there was mess inside the kitchen cabinets, and some of the dishes were dirty, with food residue still inside the dishwasher. The washing machine was also neglected and full of hair. The biggest issue, however, was the dirty and stained bedding, which I show in the attached photos. Additionally, only one large towel per person was provided, with no hand towels available, even though the apartment has a separate toilet. Another downside was the parking situation – the listing does not mention that the parking is on a platform system, with only two available spaces, one of which is lower and not suitable for all cars. This is important information that should be clearly stated in the listing. Communication with the host was also poor. It was difficult to get in contact – the host often did not answer calls or call back. There was also a missing set of bedding, which the host justified by saying he “was not informed,” despite the listing clearly stating that there is a separate sleeping area in the living room. Moreover, I previously asked in a private message whether there were blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom, as only sheer curtains were visible in the photos. I received the answer that there were none, so I brought my own curtains – only to find out upon arrival that there are actually external blinds on every window. The host was also unable to explain how to access the building from the underground garage and told us to exit through the garage gate, so we had to search for the entrance to the staircase ourselves. I am rating this apartment 2 stars only because of the good location.

Everything was fine except from the freezer- it was useless - it needs a SERIOUS defrosting… Happy stil though 🤗

Basically everything was perfect, from small details to the apartment itself. Location is great, parking is comfortable and you can also take a bus to the city if you know your way around the city, Patronka is a nice place to stay. Apartment looked extremely good, you can see the hosts have taste for great design and I am very thankful we could use all amenities as well as use A/C anytime we wanted.
