Swang Cottage with optional hot tub

Beautiful location, nice and clean, and lovely host to meet us there, even a little gift of milk, biscuits and eggs, was a lovely touch.

The bedrooms were very small and could hardly move around in them. The back garden was full of weeds and not very well kept. Hot tub not very clean inside, too hot ay 40 degrees, and an overwhelming smell of chemicals.

Beautiful property in a beautiful place. Lovely to just sit and listen to the sheep and birds and nothing else.

Location was perfect for what we wanted for the dogs and us. It was off the main road and peaceful. The property is nicely furnished, well equipped, warm and cosy with plenty of space downstairs. The view out to the west was superb.

Upstairs was quaintly compact! The shower was temperamental and inconsistent with temperature even though we ran no other water at the same time and the sink tap was also a bit restricting. The booking automatically included rather than optionally took payment for the hot tub which we didn't want! It got sorted..

Excellent property, clean, comfortable and a fine view, with a friendly welcome on arrival. Good selection of local pubs.

We could find no faults.

Wonderful cosy cottage, equipped with everything we needed and more. Lots of extras. Warm welcome from Rosie, an extremely helpful host. Great views and immediate access to moorland walks. The hot tub was a real bonus.
