No check-in instructions were sent to me. I waited outside for 2 hours, called and called the customer service number and was offered no help at all. I will not make this mistake again.

The excellent location and facilities. It's is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. You can cook your own meals and do laundry. The security of the building is very good.
