"Pull down bed in single studio space"

The room was newly renovated with a nice sofa.

The description was highly misleading. The room is more like 20-25 m2 and definitely not 35 m2. Also it says there is a separate living room and bedroom. This is false. There is a PULL DOWN bed in the only room. Very misleading description.
