Hotel Golden Era-Near Shopprix Mall

The stay was great and it exceeded my expectations. Its a really good hotel for the price and the staff has been really helpful. Would love to visit again.

I am thankful to Mr. Aftab jifor his fantastic hospitality during my stay. He was very professional and was able to offer great hospitality. Would surely recommend to people coming here to eat the brilliant sandwiches

Fraud establishments with fraud staff.Nothing was good here first I booked through booking.com and the front staff lied saying they canceled the booking and asked us double the price knowing it was 11 pm and we were desperate. They did not acknowledge the booking which is so wrong if you don’t want us to book online why put your hotel and room in this particular app. They charged us double but didn’t include breakfast. The bathroom door didn’t even lock. The staff were not at all friendly.

Nothing about this property is good Bunch of fraud opened a hotel to rip off people when they can see people desperation. The hotel bathroom was dirty door dint lock

Hotel location was great and easly accessible hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Price is pocket friendly.

Food quality should be much better as per hotel. Washorrom Taps and showers need to be fixed. Due to new construction rooms have some woody small and small walls have fungus.

They first took payment in advance at the property before showing the room And took more than what Booking.com Showed on app, said its the cleaning fees. Then gave a room 107 which was the size of the bed only, no walking space just a bed and door for washroom. The room doesn’t match the pictures shown on the app. I asked if they can cancel the booking and give the money back for which he denied. Then I asked if they can upgrade the room And they took 800 extra for the upgrade and cleaned that messy room in front of us, took 30-40 mins because no house keeping guy was there, they called one and he came after 20 mins And then took 10-20 Mins to clean the room. They were also asking for tip for cleaning. Pathetic experience. He took 2850 For a room which was worst than a ₹800 OYO.

When I said I’ll book executive from app, they said the room is already taken, you won’t get but they’ll manage somehow. - No housekeeping guy was there, and they cleaned the room in front of us and took 40mins. No space to sit at the the reception so we stood near the room while he was cleaning the room. -they were charging extra for everything, even for cleaning or a bottle of water, Which is complimentary everywhere. -the room They showed first was the size of a servant room; 6x6’ max just a bed and no space to walk and a bed a washroom door in front of it. Even the washroom was bigger than the room. - I clearly said I want to see the room first for which they denied and said our property is best rated and rooms are same as the pics on app.
