Villa Djani Balangan by Nagisa Bali

24/h security or someone is there. Very friendly stuff and good security guy. I really liked the stuff and were very happy to provide us with anything we asked for. Bed was extremely comfy. Stuff cooked breakfast for us.

In summary: not access to all rooms in the villa while paying for the whole thing, found snake in the garden, frog in the living room, lizard in the bedroom, no bathroom towels were provided, took photo of passport and whatsapped it to manager. For context we had booked the entire villa for 2 people for 1 night. While we were paying for the entire villa we had to select one of the 3 rooms and the rest were locked by the stuff and we didn't have access to. This doesn't make sense as we are paying for the whole thing. Not one room. Also This was a problem because we had arrived late and wanted to use two bathrooms in parallel to make it in time for the restaurant as they were closing. We ended up not having the time to take shower. When we came back from restaurant the stuff that are on the small house outside of the villa had been replaced by the security guy who can't speak english. When we came back from restaurant we wanted to go to the garden but in the stairs just outside there was a green snake in the colour of the grass that was hard to distinguish from grass. We were lucky that half of it was on the stairs and we could tell it apart from the grass. We immediately closed all doors/windows and tried talking to the security guy who couldn't understand english and we had to use google translate to explain that there is a snake. Anyway, he removed the snake but we weren't feeling safe anymore. On top of that we noticed that a frog was in the kitchen as well that had also pooped next to the kitchen sink. Finally we had to check very well our room to see if there's anything there, we only found a lizard that we managed to move outside. Then we decided to take shower and realised that we didn't have any towels. We asked, but they only had beach towels instead.

unfortunately there was nothing to like. we left the property after one hour even without getting any money back. it is horrible

the pictures in booking.com didn’t match the reality at all. the facilities were damaged, the area is horrible and also the management was not cooperating. furthermore there was a camera next to the pool which is very disturbing from privacy point of view

This isn't a luxury villa as it is described, comparing to other places we've been to Bali. Breakfasts was poor and cheap. In main bedroom was some foil behind fan which was rustling and AC was leaking on our head and waking us up during night. Bathrooms were dirty (a lot of limescale on every glass surface). Pool pump was not working so we haven't edgless pool and water quickly become cloudy. The villa is surrounded by barbed wire, and the staff recommends closing the door at night because it is not safe, which made us feel uncomfortable. Price/ quality ratio is on super low level. If your looking for something luxury- choose something else.

The property overlooks a hill and the ocean. The view is spectacular. The infinity pool adds to the picturesque vibe and luxury. Madday and the help were very friendly and helpful with all sorts of information. The daily breakfast was awesome. The internet was reliable.

The TVs were very outdated and not functional in the sense that they were neither smart TVs nor connected to any sort of service. It was very similar to having no TVs at all. This should be fixed.

when guard went around the perimeter of villa at night neighbours dogs barked for 10minutes. did not sleep well.

Wayan and the staff were fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great. The villa was incredible. Amazing view, beautiful pool and great bedrooms with comfy beds. There are plenty of areas to relax with large outdoor and indoor seating. I would definitely stay here again!
