Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e attrezzato situato in una zona comoda e tranquilla! Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile! Ci ha fornito anche tutta la biancheria per la casa e cambiata a metà settimana!

Nice apartment in the city center. It was very clean. Owners are very friendly. Kitchen is equipped good. There were plenty of snacks and free coffee in the apartment. Not many sun light in the apartment.

Un vero piccolo gioiello di casa, curata nei minimi dettagli, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una buona posizione, a metà strada tra la stazione centrale e l'autostazione e il pieno centro (a pochi minuti a piedi) ed è molto silenziosa, nonostante la posizione "trafficata". I proprietari sono super disponibili e si preoccupano molto del fatto che stiate vivendo al meglio il soggiorno. Riguardo il check-in vi verranno inviate tutte le informazioni a riguardo (super chiare e semplici) dai proprietari.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym właścicielem, wszystko dokładnie nam objaśnił i był pomocny. Mieszkanie dobrze wypasażone w produkty spożywcze, m.in kawę, przyprawy, dżemy, oliwę.

Mieszkanie jest dość ciemne, a drzwi na klatkę schodową mogłyby mieć nieco lepsze wyciszenie.

Bardzo dużo miejsca na dwie osoby. Świetne wyposażenie. Czysto i ładnie. Przygotowany poczęstunek na powitanie. Fabio bardzo się o nas troszczył. Wejście z zamykanej bramy prosto do mieszkania.

Malutkim minusem były pojawiające się mrówki faraona, jak tylko pozostały jakieś okruchy albo kapnęło coś słodkiego. Był odpowiedni spray.

The owner was nice and helpful at first. The kitchen was well equipped. Ground floor duplex.

1. Loud noise at night coming from the gate of the building. Every time it opens or closes you will hear it because your room is the closest unit to it. That's when I found out there's no soundproofing at all in this unit. You can hear your neighbor doing everything.. 2. The toilet was difficult to flush. The flush button was hard to press and the volume of water was not enough. 3. The bathroom space for the shower was very narrow. You have to squeeze yourself in and make sure you don't hit your arm once you lift the shower head. And the hot water comes so instant that you could be burned if not paying attention. 4. Ants and flies on the wall and the floor. 5. The owner as I mentioned, was helpful at first. But when I complained about some of the problems to him, he just said he could bring something to deal with the ants, and he could do nothing about the neighbors. Just let me ask all of you, who would spend their vacation waiting for someone to spray some insecticides in their room? And the room being noisy is indeed something that can't be resolved. 6. The shower gel plus shampoo was all samples of small packages from hotels....it made people think that are we really that cheap and don't deserve a bottle of it? 7. At last, the owner nor his deputy didn't show up at the time we both agreed for me to check out (he even double checked to make sure when would i leave precisely). And not answering my phone call nor messages when I tried to contact him. (He did reply after I had already left the area...) And one funny thing is when I stepped out of this duplex, I noticed that the doormat was rolled up and put aside, which means someone had come and tried to start cleaning the room in the morning. So, I could have told him the details that I wasn't comfortable with in person. But, he didn't show up, even though he said he or his deputy was going to collect my city tax in cash in person.
