"Wonderful place to escape and relax."

This hotel is beautiful, rooms were very comfortable. Be sure to pay for the lake view! It is worth it. The lake view is peaceful and such a site to see from your room and restaurants. Food and service was excellent! Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The food especially breakfast was excellent. The spa experience was great.

The bed was most uncomfortable, a dip in the center! I was most surprised as it’s been years since I had an uncomfortable bed in a hotel. The fire alarm was activated before 4am and sleep was non existent after that. Very little information from staff. The room had a flat roof (dining area?)outside the window so I had to stand to see the view! Also 2 extractor fans were on a wall outside the window. Unsightly.Not exactly a 4 star experience for the money paid. I was soo disappointed.

"Lovely stay at the Lake!!!!"

Loved everything about it!! We stayed in a suite which was huge and had everything needed for a cup of tea and coffee if wanted, also a huge bathroom and a jacuzzi in the room. Didn’t have time to use the thermal suite which is apparently also really good. In the room they even had toys for the kids !!! Which was great! Loved the location, it was quiet and romantic and would definitely recommend!! Also their breakfast has everything needed!! Not sure about the rest of their restaurants though, we didn’t try them.

L’emplacement est juste magnifique La possibilité de voir des biches et des cerfs du parc national de Killarney en totale liberté c’est vraiment incroyable Le personnel est super accueillant La nourriture est excellente… ne ratez en aucun cas le petit déjeuner
