Everything was clean and we have been there a couple of times its was idyllic but they had a large group of people staying as well and changed a few of the things we were used without notice, like the breakfast that was included with the price of the room is usually a la carte but this time it was buffet and it was a little hectic but other wisee everything was good 8.5/10 ✨

Schönes Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit gutem Angebot wie Tischtennis und Fitnessstudio. Meer super schön für Spaziergang nicht zum Baden da starke Strömung und Wellen.

Es fehlt an Bequemlichkeit Liegestuhl kostet extra am Pool, am Zimmer fehlt es auf der Terrasse an bequemen Stühlen und Licht auf der Terrasse. Frühstück entweder Kaffee oder Saft leider nicht beides im Preis enthalten. Für Geld kann man alles dazu kaufen leider vieles nicht im Frühstückspreis enthalten.

Las instalaciones sucias, el ventilador dañado, la piscina un toque deteriorada, el personal de la comida y bar muy despistado y distraído, el sector hacia la playa, necesita mantenimiento de jardinería.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist top! Die im Außenbereich angespielte Musik war angenehm ruhig und entspannend.

Die Bedienung im Restaurant. Es gibt laut Karte nur ein Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure im Restaurant zu kaufen - Club Soda für 2$ Bei der Bestellung von 5 Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure wurde mir ohne Rücksprache ein anderes Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure gebracht (Pellegrini statt Club Soda) und dafür im Nachhinein der doppelte Preis berechnet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes brach die Wasserversorgung zusammen und es gab einen Tag lang kein Wasser zum Duschen, Klo spülen etc…

Rethink your options for staying here & if you do, fully investigate the situation! It is NOT what they say it is!! We did not stay due to very poor situations! This was our WORST EXPERIENCE of our 3 week travels!

Bathroom shower track could have been cleaner.

The property has an old world elegance with beautiful fountains.

Unfortunately, none of the fountains were operational. Seems as if the place has seen better days. I kept wondering what it would have looked like 50 years ago in its heyday. My room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was no hot water and the pressure of the water was a mere trickle. The light right outside the window to the entrance is on all night long and the curtains are not sufficient to block it out. The space is advertised as ocean views, from the first floor level, due to the landscaping I could not see the ocean from my room at all. I expected more given that I paid over $100 a night.
