Stunning Flat Close to Beach

Close to the University for open day . Quiet neighbourhood , able to park . Great kitchen and bathroom . Lounge great !

Only minor things like a couple of saucepans were not the best quality although we did take full advantage of the fabulous kitchen and cook a fair bit . The shower pressure wasn’t great .

Great location. New, clean apartment with everything you need for an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Knocked one point off because needs either a thicker duvet or a blanket! Turned the heating up on the second night but would have preferred a colder bedroom but a thicker duvet.

Emma this is the review I will be leaving: ⸻ A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the most enjoyable stay at Emma’s stunning flat near the beach in Swansea. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a lovely little coffee shop (Duck and Dough) only a minute away. The flat itself is beautiful: modern, bright, and incredibly spacious—I actually found myself getting lost at times! Every room is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. Emma has thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials (and more): tea, coffee, milk, every pot, pan, glass, and utensil you could need, plus all the extras like cling film, foil, dishwasher tablets, and washing-up liquid. The bathroom is equally well-equipped with shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products, and plenty of fluffy towels. The main bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the whole space feels very welcoming and homely. It comfortably accommodates up to five people with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a pull-out sofa. As someone who can be quite fussy and often notices little faults, I honestly couldn’t find a single thing wrong here. It’s a gem of a place, and Emma is a wonderful host. Thank you for such a lovely stay—I’ll definitely be recommending this flat to friends, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing and stylish place by the sea!

The decor was lovely and was in a good location.

The bathroom was a little bit dirty and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. The neighbour upstairs was very loud.
